This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you use Meridairy Dealers.

1. Information we collect

Account & business info: name, email, phone, business name, license/registration details, GSTIN, billing/shipping addresses.
Order & payment info: products ordered, amounts, invoices, payment status (payments processed by third-party gateways; we don’t store full card/UPI credentials).
Device & usage data: app version, device identifiers, IP address, crash logs, and analytics events to improve performance.
Camera access: The app may request camera permission to cpture profile image.

2. How we use your data

To create and manage your dealer account.
To process orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and support.
To show prices/offers relevant to your account.
To improve app reliability, security, and user experience.
To communicate about orders, changes, and promotions (you can opt out of marketing).
To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of data

Service providers: payment gateways, logistics partners, customer support, analytics, cloud hosting—only as needed to run the app.
Legal/compliance: when required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal data.
